The presentation includes a brief history of the US Secret Service and the formation of the Cyber Fraud Task Force Investigative Methodology. Topics include emerging trends in the cybersecurity threat landscape to include Business Email Compromise (BEC), Ransomware and Insider Threat as well as new concerns with COVID-related fraud as well as recommendations for threat mitigation before a problem occurs.
