Phi Beta Kappa Visiting Scholar Dr. Martin Gruebele: "COVID Testing Research"

Professor Martin Gruebele is the James R. Eiszner Endowed Chair in Chemistry and Professor of Physics, Biophysics and Quantitative Biology at the University of Illinois. Dr. Gruebele’s research path follows complex systems and energy flow in excited states across several disciplines. His interests include protein and RNA folding, fast dynamics in live cells, vibrational energy flow in molecules, quantum computing and measurement, nanoscale imaging of excited states, glass dynamics, and locomotion and sensing dynamics.

Dr. Gruebele will discuss his development of COVID testing.
