Join us for the Fifth Annual Multilingual Poetry Night organized by the Spanish Club in collaboration with the Modern Languages Department. The event will celebrate the linguistic and cultural diversity of the UD community, as well as its love of poetry.

The event will celebrate the linguistic and cultural diversity of the UD community and its love of poetry. It will start with an introduction on poetry by Dr. Anthony Nussmeier and will end with a small reception

UD professors and students alike are welcome to read or recite their favorite poem in another language. All languages (in particular, those underrepresented in the Western world) are welcome.

Our events in the past have been very successful and included such languages as Norwegian, Polish, Ukrainian, ancient Greek, Gaelic, Welsh and even Sanskrit!

Poem submissions will be accepted here google form until noon on October 7th, 2024.
