The Sexual Revolution has given rise to legal assualts on religious liberty – from compelling the Little Sisters of the Poor to offer contraception to their employees to persecuting Christian bakers and florists for declining to participate in same sex marriages. But these threats pale in comparison to the First Amendment threats inspired by gender ideology.
