Join us for our first virtual installment of the UD Leadership Lab Lecture Series, titled "Living and Leading Through a Time of Anxiety, " which will feature Dr. J. Lee Whittington of UD's Gupta College of Business. In this webinar, Dr. Whittington will discuss the differences between technical problems and adaptive challenges, as well as important aspects of adaptive work we must do together to cross the other side of this trial.
As we walk through this unprecedented crisis, we are encountering a great deal of anxiety and doubt. The COVID-19 pandemic is an adaptive challenge that requires us to walk with unconditional confidence into a land of uncertainty. Our role as leaders - of ourselves, our families, and our teams - is to foster hope as we build a bridge while we walk on it.
