On Wednesday, November 14, Spring Rome applicants will need to submit the following to the Rome Office:

• Rome Registration Form
• Fall 2013 Counseling Form
• Address Form
• Authorization for Release of Records
• Roommate Form
• Farewell Dinner RSVP
• Group Flight Airfare Payment
