On Thursday, October 25, spring Rome applicants will need to submit the following to the Rome Office:

• Visa Application
• Actual Passport
• 2 Passport Size Photos
• Affidavit of Financial Support
• Health Insurance Affidavit
• Purchased Flight Itinerary (for those not taking the group flight)

The two affidavits must be completed and signed by the Rome applicant's parents. These items were emailed to parents at the beginning of the semester and can be found online on the Rome documents page.

Students who are making their own flight arrangements to Rome must first have received approval by the Rome Office before purchasing their tickets. Own arrangements students must submit a print out of their purchased flight tickets in order to apply for their study visa.
