Rome Deadline Date
On Thursday, April 18 Fall Rome applicants will need to submit their Rome Registration forms and Visa Materials to the Rome Office. These items will include the following:
- Rome Registration Form
- Spring 2014 Counseling Form
- Address Form
- Authorization for Release of Records
- Roommate Form
- Farewell Dinner RSVP
- Student Visa Application
- Actual Passport
- Two passport size photographs
- Affidavit of Financial Support
- Health Insurance Affidavit
- Purchased Flight Itinerary for Own Arrangements Students
The two affidavits must be completed and signed by the Rome applicant's parents. These items were emailed to parents at the beginning of the semester.
Students who are making their own flight arrangements to Rome must first have received approval by the Rome Office before purchasing their tickets. Own arrangements students must submit a print out of their purchased flight tickets in order to apply for their study visa.
