Edouard Husson is professor of modern history at the Université de Cergy-Pontoise and managing director of the Institut Franco-Allemand d’études européennes. He specializes in twentieth-century German history. Notably, Husson has been vice president of the Université Paris Sciences et Lettres and, before that, vice-chancellor of the Paris university system. This will be Husson's first talk after the November 7 publication of his book Paris-Berlin : la survie de l'Europe (Gallimard). The talk will be in English.
